Returns & Refunds policy

All orders are carefully prepared and shipped from Lithuania via registered mail.

For security reasons, a signature is required upon delivery.

If no one is available at the time of delivery, your package will usually be held at your local post office. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact the local postal service and arrange collection. Please note that we do not provide information about local post offices and have no control over their procedures or delivery processes.

Kindly note:

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.

  • Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are not included in the purchase price and remain the responsibility of the customer.

  • The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.

Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Kindly include your order details and clearly state your intention to return the item.

Please note that returns must be approved by us before sending the item back. Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide you with the return address and further instructions. Items sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be purchased within the last 14 days.

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns for:

  • Personalized items

  • Customized or made-to-order items

These pieces are created especially for you and therefore cannot be returned.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 14 days.

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Any paid import duties or taxes are non-refundable.

Refunds can only be processed once the returned goods have been received.
